Inbound builds and renovates self-sustainable basketball courts and community centers as a response to the social and economical challenges faced by African youth.

Sports is one of the most effective way to impact Education & Economic Development.

Facilities are key to reach these goals and one of the most severe problem on the African continent is the lack of such infrastructures. Without it, the game cannot grow and kids cannot play. The adequate infrastructure to build & maintain courts does not exist in most nations.
IMPACT : WHY IT MATTERS

CHALLENGES : WHY AREN'T MORE COURTS BUILT?
SOLUTION: THE 3-POINT PLAY MODEL
Our goal is not only want to build courts that people will need and want to use, but also implement programs that will allow these courts to act as catalysts for development.  These self-sustainable courts will hold league games, tournaments and other events that will generate their own revenue for the clubs and local communities.  When needed, the revenue generated will be filtered back into the maintenance of existing courts as well as future projects in the area.
We Call It The "3-Point Play” Model.

We think courts are more than just courts, and therefore they should be treated that way.

The novelty of our approach resides is our "Three Point Play" model: the creation of a steady revenue stream for all of our courts to run on. We aim to build self-sustainable ecosystems around the courts where income generator allow to cover the cost of maintenance, the implementation of sports and educational programs  as well as create a hub for surrounding communities.

A FEW IDEAS

Ultimately, profits generated from all the above will be pooled and utilized towards the maintenance of all of our courts internationally so that we can hire coaches, buy jerseys, shoes, and other cool things. By partnering with local organizations, we will ensure that we have eyes & ears on-site wherever we go. While they get free courts, we’ll get guaranteed maintenance and appropriate usage of the courts.

Inspired by the angel investor-startup model - where funds raised are invested into several opportunities - we pool the proceeds generated by each project into a “basket” that will allocate these funds to maintain existing project or start new ones.

With this model, and unlike most NFPs, all of the projects are connected to one another, forming an internal support system. Hedging the disparities in potential income between courts in different countries, we are able to use the revenues from one project to subsidize or co-fund another. This allows for scalability, sustainability and independent growth of the organization with minimal reliance on outside funding or donations.

Win-Win: The kind of game we like to play.
